AR000 RED OPTI FOAM Injector with adjustable chemical dosage control (machines 11 to 16 litres per minute) - 3/8M x 3/8M. Please read the Important notes and Trouble Shooting tabs by scrolling down this page.
Note: Injectors must be:
- 1. Fitted so the water flow is in the same direction as the arrow on the injector
- 2. Fitted after the machine’s unloader or regulating valve
- 3. Inspected to ensure there is no backflow out the chemical barb (weekly)
- 4. Checked that there is no sediment in the injector nozzle
Trouble shooting:
There are two main problems:
Problem ONE: Back feeding into the chemical tank (This is when the chemical level increases or the chemical pipe bursts or pops apart):
- Solution: Replace the ARS002 TAIL VALVE KIT on the injector (this is a service item).
Problem TWO: No foam generated: - Solution: (follow these steps closely)
- STEP 1. Try a new ARSOO5 RED FOAM LANCE: if it works replace it with this one or see if the old one is blocked or partially blocked. However.. if the new foam lance does not work….
- STEP 2. Then try a new ARSOO5 BLUE FOAM LANCE: if it works replace it with this one or see if the old one is blocked or partially blocked. However.. if the new foam lance does not work….
- STEP 3. Then put back the old foam lance and fit the corresponding size new FOAM Injector. Note: Double check that the foam injector is correct for the machine performance. (You may want to test the next smaller size injector while you are at it, but although it may work, check that the you/client is happy with the rinsing pressure on his rinse lance). If the injector you have selected works, then replace the old injector with this one.
- STEP 4. You may like to test a new ARSOO5 RED or ARSOO5 BLUE Foam lance to see if the operator would prefer one of these too.
